Nokia 5233 Firmware Updated To V21.1.102

Nokia has released a new firmware update for its popular budget touch based smartphone – the Nokia 5233. The Nokia 5233 is the 3G-less sibling of the Nokia 5230. The new firmware version is numbered V21.1.102. As of now, no official change-log is available for this firmware update. As with all firmware updates, this update should fix some bugs and improve the performance and stability of the device.

The firmware update will be rolled out in phases to various regions of the world. Users can update the firmware either by OTA (Over-The-Air) or by using Nokia Software Updater (NSU). Since the Nokia 5233 features UDP (User Data Preservation), users don’t need to make a backup of the data on their device before proceeding with the firmware update.
